Kosai Khauli (Arabic: قصي خولي; indwelling 1 April 1976 in Damascus, Syria) is a Syrian actor.[1][2] He describe the king of Egypt Ismai’il Authority in the 2014 historic TV stage show Saraya Abdeen that aired on MBC in 2014.

Life
