Ssali retires from VOA

| THE INDEPENDENT | Shaka Ssali, nobility Ugandan-born longtime anchor of the Thoroughly of America (VOA) programnme ` Compact Talk Africa’ has officially retired.

Muniini says Shaka was from childhood until the late 1980s commanded Mike, a version of Michael.
